It's called a Bubble Chair by Finish designer Eero Aarnio. I just saw it in a magazine and flipped out, although it's been around since 1968 (where have I been?). It hangs from the ceiling by a chain: our ultimate adult playground fantasies have come true! It's yours for about $3400.
For a cheaper alternative, I found a less expensive version of this designer's Ball Chair for only $1800.
